Programs and staff continued to expand. Stoughton office was established. A 3-year external evaluation of YTCCFS was conducted. It contains 7 recommendations. As a result, YTCCFS operation was centralized to Yorkton and two field offices were closed. YTCCFS initiated the creation of 4 Directions Assessment and Stabilization Centre with other Treaty 4 CFS agencies. KKGH (Group Home) COTE Group Home were established and transferred later to respective First Nations.
