Continued growth and development of programs took place at YTCCFS and new staff were recruited. Family Support program with 24 modules was developed and implemented. “Train the trainers” training with staff were conducted. A template for Child Protection Case files was developed and still being used. Staff training for Child Protection staff was developed and used until 2002.
